A Playbill Patron Ad is your chance to send a personal message of love, pride, and encouragement to the Dublin Scioto Theatre performer, crew member, or student you can't stop bragging about. Whether it's a heartfelt note from a parent, a silly inside joke from a sibling, or a proud shoutout from grandparents, your message will be printed in the show's official playbill for the entire cast, crew, and audience to see - a keepsake they'll hold onto long after the curtain falls.

Need Inspiration? Try One of These:

• Patron Ad - 1/4 page approximately 80 characters or less:

  • "Break a leg, [Name]! We are so proud of the star you've become. Love, [Family]"

  • "Shine on, [Name] — we're so proud of you!"

• Honor Patron Ad - 1/3 page approximately 100 characters or less:

  • "[Name], watching you find your voice on this stage has been one of our greatest joys. Shine bright!"

  • "[Name], your talent lights up every scene. We are beyond proud to call you ours!"

• Premier Patron Ad - 1/2 page approximately 160 characters or less: 

  • "To our favorite thespian - the world is your stage, and we're so glad we get a front-row seat. We love you!"

  • "[Name] — from your very first audition to tonight's final bow, you've grown into an incredible performer. We love you and couldn't be prouder!"

• Broadway Patron Ad - Full page approximately 320 characters :

  • "Congratulations, [Name]! From backstage to center stage, you make this family proud every single day."

  • "[Name], from your very first rehearsal to every performance since, you have poured your heart into this craft. We've watched you grow into a confident, talented performer, and we could not be prouder of the person you've become — on stage and off. Break a leg tonight and always. We love you so much!"

 

Or skip the script entirely and write something only you and your thespian would understand — those are often the best ones.

 

How to Submit

3. If submitting a NON-DIGITAL PATRON ADS - please fill out the text line on this form (located at the bottom of the form).

4. Submit payment via PayPal on our website, or mail a check made payable to:

Deadline: All steps must be completed 2 weeks before opening night of the current show.

If both your ad and payment are not received by the deadline, your ad will NOT appear in the Playbill - so don't wait! Submit early!
